C&C Insurance Brokers recently strengthened its presence in the capital with the opening of a new London office in Mayfair, one of the city’s most prestigious and well-connected business districts.
This marks a significant milestone in C&C’s ongoing southern expansion, providing a dedicated base for both clients and colleagues in and around London. The decision follows a period of sustained growth across multiple divisions, supported by the appointment of a permanent London-based Business Development Executive earlier this year.
Having an established London office in Mayfair is already yielding positive results, with existing and prospective clients keen to meet face-to-face to discuss their business and personal insurance needs. The wider C&C team has also embraced the opportunity to collaborate and connect more closely with clients in the capital. Our Property Development, Sports, Technology, Commercial, Construction, Trade Credit, Employee Benefits, and Private Clients divisions are among the first to benefit.
With Green Park tube just a two-minute walk away, the office is perfectly located to be accessible from anywhere within London or via mainline stations.
Adding to the prestige, the office also comes with a slice of history. The building was once home to Winston Churchill, who lived there from 1905 and made it his first marital residence with Clemmie in 1908. And fittingly, this was during his tenure as MP for Oldham, not too far from C&C’s Head Office roots.
“We’re delighted to have established a permanent base in London,” says Malcolm Cooke, Managing Director of C&C Insurance Brokers. “This has been something close to my heart for a while now, and we’ve been looking for the right space for some time. This location offers the ideal balance of accessibility, character and heritage. It provides an excellent setting for our clients and team alike.”
Emma Proctor, Director at C&C Private Clients, says: “Having the London office is already proving to be a game-changer for both our clients and us. The Mayfair base is so accessible and provides the reassurance of discretion and high end environment that our clients have come to value. We’re looking forward to meeting so many more of you there!”
C&C’s London office further enhances the broker’s national reach and complements its existing links with Surrey County Cricket Club, thus strengthening C&C’s visibility and engagement across southern regions.
